Information you share

If you approve a project agreement, we keep the name you enter, your project email, the price and terms shown, and the date and time of approval. This record is available in your Live Project Tracker and to Reelify Studios for project records.

Reelify Studios collects the contact details, project description, preferences, files, and media links you provide. Your Live Project Tracker also keeps project messages, progress, meeting requests, delivery links, agreed charges, payment records, and receipts.

This information is used to manage your project, communicate with you, arrange calls, deliver your work, and keep business records. Keep your Live Project Tracker link private.

Testimonials

Approved testimonials publish the display name, rating, and comment you submitted for publication. The displayed average uses published testimonials. Private inquiries and project messages are not published as reviews.

Project emails

Google delivers project notifications using the recipient address and message content. Clients do not need to connect a Google account. The sending connection uses the studio's sender identity and permission to send email; it does not read inbox messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. Sender information and the authorization needed to send messages are retained for this connection and can be removed on request.

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training. Reelify Studios' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and payments

Service providers process information to host the website, store project records, and deliver emails. These include Netlify for hosting and storage and Google for email. Providers may also keep technical usage and security logs.

Shared media services, such as YouTube, Google Drive, and Dropbox, have their own privacy and sharing settings. Stripe and PayPal process payments on their own services. This website does not collect your payment-provider passwords or payment-card details.

Retention and your choices

Delivered content has a 30-calendar-day download window from project completion. Delivered Drive files are deleted afterward. Receipts, payment records and signed agreements are retained separately for business records and relevant obligations.

Records are kept for project management, communication, and relevant business or legal obligations. Completing a project does not automatically delete them. Reasonable safeguards help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Identity verification may be needed, and some records may need to be retained for outstanding transactions or applicable obligations.
